To preserve the flavor, aroma, and integrity of your Bunch Cigars, proper storage is essential. We recommend keeping your cigars in a humidor at 65–70% relative humidity and a temperature between 65–70°F. Because our cigars are liquor-infused, maintaining ideal conditions ensures the infusion remains balanced and the wrappers stay smooth. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or dryness, as these can compromise both flavor and burn quality. Treat your cigars with care—and every experience will burn just right.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all cigar sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard or expedited service based on your selection at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders totaling $250 or greater.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. All cigars are manufactured in the U.S. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
